Border incident shortens Bingu's trip to Mozambique?

According to Mozambican papers, Bingu has had to cut short his trip to Mozambique because of the incident in which Malawi police attacked and destroyed a Mozambican police station in the province of Niassa. Local journalists intepreted the absence of President Quebuza at the farewell ceremony as indication of Mozambiqcan displeasure. However the Minister of Foreigm Affairs who stood in for the Present said that the sudden change of schedule had made it imposible for Quebuza to be at the airport.
